Can I return my order?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, free from marks or scents, with tags attached and in original packaging. To start a return email us at support@marvylla.com — returns require approval before sending. Please note return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Items discounted 20% or more and final sale items are non-returnable.
What if my order arrives faulty or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We'll offer a free replacement, exchange or store credit straight away.
