Cancellation Policy

At Lorenzoventi, we work quickly to process and ship your orders. Because of this, cancellations are only possible within a very short time frame after purchase.

Order Cancellations

• You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been shipped.

• If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you may proceed with a return once the order is delivered (according to our Return & Refund Policy).

Exchanges Instead of Cancellation

If you wish to make changes (such as exchanging for another color, item, or a lower-priced item with a refund of the difference), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we may no longer be able to amend or stop your order.

Refund for Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed time frame, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
