Cancellation Policy
At Marvylla, we work quickly to process and ship your orders. Cancellations are only possible within a short window after purchase.
Order Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been shipped. After this period, we may no longer be able to stop your order. If your order has already been shipped, please wait for delivery and then follow our return process.
Making Changes to Your Order
If you need to change the colour, size, or item within 24 hours of placing your order, contact us immediately at support@marvylla.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request before dispatch.
Refunds for Cancellations
If your cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
