At Marvylla, we inspect every item carefully before shipping. We are a women-led brand that values honesty, quality, and customer satisfaction. If something isn't right, we will always work with you to resolve it fairly.

Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@marvylla.com with clear photos of the issue. We will offer one of the following at no cost to you:

  • Replacement
  • Exchange
  • Refund
  • Store credit

Standard Returns — 30 Days

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Never worn or used
  • Tags correctly attached and undamaged
  • No stains, scratches, or marks
  • No scent of perfume, smoke, or deodorant
  • Original packaging included

Who pays for return shipping? Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be shipped to our international distribution centre. Please do not send returns to the address printed on the courier label — this cannot be processed.

Items sent without prior approval may be rejected. Returns that arrive used, damaged, or not matching the conditions above may not be eligible for a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customised or personalised items
  • Digital products or gift cards
  • Hygiene-sensitive accessories

UK & EU Customers

UK and EU customers may cancel any order before shipment under the statutory cooling-off period. After delivery, items must be returned unused, with tags attached and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@marvylla.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide the correct return address and instructions. Please do not send items without prior approval.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Chargeback & Fraud Protection

We maintain full proof of tracking, delivery, quality checks, and customer communication for every order. We always recommend contacting us first — we respond to every message and resolve issues fairly.
