At Lorenzoventi we inspect every item carefully before shipping. We are a women-led brand and we value honesty, ethical fashion, and customer satisfaction. If an issue happens we always try to resolve it professionally and fairly.

If your order arrives faulty or incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
Once received, we will offer one of the following free of charge:

  • Replacement

  • Exchange

  • Store Credit
    A refund may be considered only after one of these solutions has been offered.

Materials & Transparency

  • All items described as “leather” are made from Premium Vegan Eco-Leather (100% synthetic)

  • The material composition is clearly stated on every product page

  • Returns based on material preference (example: “I didn’t know it was vegan”) are treated as change-of-mind returns

Standard Returns – 14 Days

We offer a 14-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered.
To keep shipping free worldwide we use a shared return system:

  • Shipping to you: covered by Lorenzoventi

  • Return shipping (preference or change of mind): covered by customer

A standard return includes:

  • Change of mind

  • Does not want the item anymore

  • Different style, size or color preference

  • Item looks different than expected

  • Ordered multiple and wants to return one

  • Item arrived too late for an event

Return Location
Items must be shipped to our international distribution centre (warehouse of origin). This may be outside your home country and regular international postage rates may apply.

Return Eligibility – Must meet ALL

  • Tags correctly attached and undamaged

  • Never worn or used

  • No stains, scratches or marks

  • No scent of perfume, smoke or deodorant

  • Original packaging included

Items sent without approval may be rejected.
Items returned to the courier address printed on the shipping label cannot be processed.
If signs of use are found up to 100% of the item value may be deducted from the refund. The item will not be sent back to the customer.

Final Sale / Non-Returnable

  • Earrings, piercings or hygiene-sensitive products

  • Customized or personalised items

  • Items discounted 20% or more

  • Items clearly marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

  • Digital products or gift cards

UK & EU Customers

UK and EU customers may cancel any order before shipment (cooling-off period).
After delivery the item must be returned unused, with tags attached and in original packaging.
Return shipping is legally the responsibility of the customer.

How to Start a Return (approval required)

We will provide:

  • The correct return address

  • Instructions
    Do not send items to the address printed on the courier label. That address belongs to the courier facility and cannot identify your order.

Chargeback & Fraud Protection

We keep proof of:

  • Tracking and delivery

  • Quality checks before shipping

  • Order details and customer communication

Chargebacks before contacting us may be flagged during investigation. We recommend reaching out first. We always respond and resolve issues fairly.
